If you either work in a helping field or have found yourself in a “caring” role in your life, you may also have found it quite hard to feel cared for yourself.
Within the spacious care of community, we’ll explore how you feel both in your body and voice when expressing yourself and your wants & needs.
Learn more how to feel, sense and compassionately embody your voice through
• body awareness
• playful exercises
• gentle movement
• feeling your own voice through sound grounding
• expert holistic vocal embodiment guidance, integration, and sharing
You will have the support you need through:
• expert group co facilitation by Carrie Hennessey and Ellen Garavatti to encourage deeper connection to self and others
• tools and practices to take these skills with you in the world.
